• If you pay by card, card processing is handled by our payment provider(s). We do not store full card details.
• For Cash on Delivery, you agree to pay the full amount upon delivery/receipt and provide correct delivery details.

Delivery timelines depend on your location, product availability, and courier scheduling. Estimated delivery windows are provided for convenience and may change due to factors outside our control.

• Return/refund eligibility may depend on product type, condition, and time since delivery.
• If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible for resolution.
• Cancellations may be possible before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation may require a return process.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiStore will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data). Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
